Something is happening to the Filipino masculine collective

The Philippines has gone through many cycles of breakdowns before the breakthroughs over the past decade or so.
We are approaching a peak, and the Filipino masculine are currently the most vulnerable. This is their major season of intense detoxification, purification, cleansing, and release.
All of this is happening because something big is coming, and the vessel of the Filipino collective must be prepared to receive it.
The greatest blockage within our collective Philippine consciousness is found in the Filipino masculine’s fear of the unknown—fear of losing control, of things becoming more abstract, less structured, and less predictable.
This is their divine invitation to release and surrender their fears, creating space for a new form of leadership to guide our people. This will manifest as a deeper appreciation for their feminine counterparts, as well as for the women and feminine-aligned members of the LGBTQ+ community among their friends and family.
If you are a Filipino masculine experiencing these challenges and resonating with what I’ve shared, here are 3 practices to help you cultivate inner peace and stillness as the storm continues:
1. Minimize contact with the other men or masculine-dominant personalities
As a masculine, you are more inclined to seek regulation from the external world. This is why you often struggle to believe in spiritual experiences until you see them manifest physically. Unlike the feminine, you may not be as attuned to inner experiences.
If you surround yourself with other men or masculine energies during this state of recalibration, you will subconsciously expect them to co-regulate your emotions and energy with you—and they will expect the same from you.
This creates an “energy tug-of-war” where no one truly wins.
Instead, seek comfort from your feminines. We have already undergone our recalibration and are now better equipped to hold a safe, nurturing space for your healing. We serve as portals, helping you reconnect with your inner experiences.
2. Be more in touch with your inner child
Your inner child is the part of you that carries both your deepest wounds and your purest joy. During this storm of recalibration, reconnecting with that part of yourself can bring grounding and peace. Give yourself permission to play, to create, and to imagine without judgment.
Notice what activities used to bring you happiness when you were younger: drawing, exploring, storytelling, music, or simply being curious about life.
Bringing those back into your present reality can restore innocence and wonder, reminding you that peace doesn’t always come from control, but from allowing yourself to feel safe, free, and loved again.
3. Show more appreciation and gratitude for the feminine
One of the most powerful steps you can take right now is to honor and uplift the feminine in your life. This includes your feminine counterparts, as well as the women and feminine-aligned LGBTQ+ family and friends who have long carried the burden of holding space while you searched for your way.
Part of this appreciation is the humility to ask for forgiveness—for the times you did not believe in them, for the moments you dismissed their wisdom, and for the times fear caused you to hurt or resist them. Acknowledging this with sincerity softens the walls within your heart and deepens your trust in the universe. Gratitude can be expressed in many ways:
Through words, through acts of kindness, or simply through presence and listening. By showing more appreciation, you not only heal the feminine’s wounds but also free yourself from the weight of unspoken regret. In this exchange, harmony and balance are restored.
CALL TO ACTION:
Filipino masculines, this is your moment. Choose peace over pride, openness over fear, and gratitude over resistance. Begin today—step back, look within, and honor the feminine within you. In doing so, you reclaim your strength and help birth a new era for our people.
